Be sure to include a cheqie, money order, or credit card number with expiration
date.
Shipping
AUSTRALIA: All books are sent in B5 tough bags $3.50 for the first book and $1.00 for each extra book.
All others items are sent in postage bags $6.50 up to 500g, $10.50
up to 3kg. Postage and handling for parcels above this size will be calculated
on ordering or if you prefer the items may be shipped with postage payable
on receipt at the Post Office.
INTERNATIONAL: All international shipments are sent surface mail (6-12 weeks
delivery). For faster delivery, we recommend that you request shipment via
Airmail (2 to 7 days; phone number required) contact us to
ascertain costs.
All applicable duty, customs charges, and taxes are paid by recipient. (Note:
Educational books are duty-free in most countries. Check with your local customs
office for details.)
Payment/Returns
- Payments may be made by cheque, money order or credit card.
- Australian dollars only, please.
- All orders must be prepaid.
- No C.O.D.s.
- If not completely satisfied,
return within 30 days (Australia) or 60 days (international) for a refund.
We do not pay return postage unless it is our error.
